Glen is an experienced project manager and senior technology advisor with more than 20 years of experience in helping organizations implement business solutions, ranging from strategic planning and visioning, business process re-design, systems development and implementation, procurement, outsourcing and shared services.Glen has worked extensively in the public sector for nearly 30 years and has first-hand knowledge of the various challenges and issues its administrators face, specifically in their mandates to modernize their IT environments. He has a reputation as a trusted advisor to senior government officials at both federal and provincial levels.
Al McLaren is a founding partner of ManageFlow Consulting. He brings extensive experience as a project manager and senior business analyst, leading business transformation projects as well as large system development and implementation projects.
Al has more than 17 years of experience in the areas of: information management, data modeling and analysis, strategic planning, business process design, business requirements gathering, and system development and implementation.
Chris Coughlan is a Principal with ManageFlow Consulting Inc. Chris has spent the last 20+ years helping companies design and deliver solutions to their problems, solutions that include elements of Program Management, Analytics, Data Warehousing and Information Management. Chris has worked with companies both small and large throughout the North-Eastern US and Canada, in both the public and private sectors and in many industries, with especially deep experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector.
